What Is a Pest Control AMC?
A pest control Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a yearly agreement for regular, scheduled service visits. Instead of calling us only when cockroaches or rats have already taken over, you get planned inspections and treatments through the year. Pests are found and dealt with while the numbers are small, and you do not have to remember to book each visit.
An AMC is useful anywhere pests keep coming back: kitchens, apartments next to drains or empty plots, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, offices, banks and godowns. Home AMC
For independent houses, villas and apartments. The contract covers the common household pests found in kitchens, bathrooms, storerooms and around the house. Visits are planned around your family's routine, and our technician explains any preparation needed before each treatment.
Business AMC
For restaurants, hotels and banquet halls, hospitals, schools and colleges, offices and banks. Business premises usually need more frequent visits, treatment timed around working hours, and a record of each service for the manager or for inspections. The visit plan is built after a site survey, because a restaurant kitchen and a bank branch have very different risks. What Each AMC Visit Includes
- Inspection of the kitchen, wash areas, drains, storage, entry points and other places where pests hide or breed.
- Treatment of the pests covered by your contract, using the method that suits each area, such as gel baiting for cockroaches or bait stations for rodents.
- Advice on hygiene, storage and small repairs that stop pests coming back, such as sealing gaps around pipes or fixing door sweeps.
- A record of the visit, noting what was found and what was treated.
How Often We Visit
The number of visits is agreed when the contract is set up, based on the property and the pest pressure we find during the survey. As a guide:
- Homes: usually a visit every quarter, with treatment timed before and after the monsoon.
- Food businesses, hotels and hospitals: usually monthly visits, because food, water and constant footfall attract pests all year.
- Offices, banks and schools: a schedule set after the survey, often planned for weekends or holidays.
